I agree. Bipolar is a tricky thing where moods are concerned. But its probably bound to have a major influence on his actions after like the main day. From what I know, guys' don't tend to say 'I love you' just for the sheer hell of the moment. Love isn't something you toss around. If its being tossed around wily-nily, I'd sooner say its Lust. Love... Its precious... and sometimes depending on the guy, it takes a lot of courage just to say it, particularly not to a family member. My point: If he told you, he loves you on Valentines Day, or whenever he told you, he still loves you. If there's a spark between you, which I assume there is, because you mentioned the flirting, then you would know, because you know him, who he is. Not of Bipolar, or anything, but more so because you love him, you accept him as him. no matter what the bipolar changes. Love isn't something you can fall in and out of quickly. If you fall out of it very quickly, then you know it wasn't actually true love. It was Lust in disguise. Email him or something if you can't call due to parental disapproval.
