I think I'd rather/sooner have you as a good good friend. I don't like the idea of having another crazy on my tail. I'm usally considered to be the crazy one, the "rebel" or "devious angel" as it were, so two of us - well we could try sharing the job, but somehow I don't think that'd work out, 'cause one of us would want to do what the other does - but maybe we could be partner's in crime (affectionately meaning equals) unless you prefer to work alone? (see why I'm regarded as the crazy friend? Talk to me and you may find your sanity's goes awol five seconds into the conversation! and I'm kinda looking for a new partner in crime to create mischief by throwing random pen lids and corks at the drunks on friday evenings. I'm a music lover myself (bit of a pianist, not a pro, though, afraid) and I usually love the songs for the melody or the mood captured by he lyrics.

*prods* By the way..... if you smash the protective shell (or open up) therein lies the crystal's inner beauty. In every crystal rock, or freshwater mollusk, there is a pearl or a crystal quartz still waiting to be discovered. Some people don't look beyond the obvious, so they don't recognise you. They might see you physically, but they don't look beyond that and get to know you as a person... they just have a very clouded vision. So I guess the bottom line is... don't degrade yourself because other people have. Have faith and keep hanging in there!
