I don't think there's anything wrong with it. It's really quite a natural thing, and basically my opinion about almost everything is that people should do what makes them happy as long as it isn't too dangerous for themselves or the rest of the world. If it becomes an obsession that distracts the person from their everyday life, or makes other people uncomfortable in any way, then perhaps they should rethink what they do, but otherwise I don't see anything wrong with masturbating.
