I don't think you are pathetic at all.
Obviously your 'time' hasn't came yet.
You're 15 for Christ sake, you still have plenty of time.
But like someone said, you can give yourself opportunities.
Go out, have fun (but not too much fun), and try and meet people of all types.
I don't see why you feel like you should have had your first kiss by now.
Just because most of your friends have doesn't mean you should.
Everyone's different and they do things at their own time, whenever they feel ready or whenever the time comes.

So just wait and your time will come.
