I was uneasy about it the first time I tried it, but I love it now. When you first taste it, it is a little strong-tasting, but as you go on drinking, it gets really addictive.
The reason I tried it was because of the health benefits. But the thing that makes me want to keep drinking it is the feeling you get afterwards - it flushes out your skin, and you physically feel refreshed: your skin feels really cool.
