1: Never agree when someone says your boss is crazy and she's in the room.
2: Never loose sight of your teatowel
3: Never put too much soap in the dishwasher (haha)
4: Always use a heat shield when serving fried rice
5: Never allow the girls who are just filling in teporarily, who don't really know what they're doing, to use all of the best towels as floor cloths. Basically, never let them do anything without asking first.
