Uhm. Well to lose weight excersize in your house, or back yard. Tell your parents you're interested in working out in the house, and see if they will allow you to have some excersize equipment. Or even get a gym membership, and if you're still causing fights at the gym, I suggest you see a therapist. Try focusing all your energy on becoming healthy, instead of fighting. Eat healthier foods, vegetables and fruits, and meat, have a balanced diet. Pasta and peanut butter are good, but only in moderation. Talk to a school guidance counsellor, they have a confidentiality that they can not tell your parents or anyone else what you talk about, unless if has to do with harming yourself or someone else, so it's not going to put any extra stress on your parents, but may help you figure out what you're doing with your life.
