To paste an image:
a) Attach the picture file to the post:
1. Click 'Go Advanced'
2. Click on the 'Manage Attachments' button.
3. Click 'Browse', and select the file you want to upload
4. Click 'Upload'
The problem with this is that you can only post files that are roughly 100KB, which is very small for a picture file.

b) Post an image directly onto the post:
1. Upload your pictures to a file uploading site such as tinypic or photobucket.
2. Click on the 'Insert Image' button, and post the direct link that the file uploading site gives you.
The downside to this is that you can only post 4 images on each post.

c) Post links to your images:
1. Upload your pictures to a file uploading site such as tinypic or photobucket.
2. Post the direct links onto the post.
You can post an [almost] unlimited amount of links in a post. I'm not sure what the limit is, since it would be extremely difficult to surpass it.
