Well just because you don't see her now that much when you start dating i'm sure you will see her more than you do now thats the way it usually happens but i think you should just try the worst thing she could say is no cause we don't really know each other that well but maybe when i get to know you....to get closer to her try to talk to her while walking her to class and stuff like that

However, I probably could say that and get a girl to go out with me. Only because that's who I am, that's what I portray, and women know it when they meet me. I've told a girl that the only way we were going out together was if she asked me, and I had just met her maybe..2 hours before. (She did ask, it was pretty hilarious but that's a story for another time) So it all depends on how confident, fun, etc.. you are.
