i kinda like this girl, and she told me yesterday she kinda liked me. but i think itd be kinda weird to date her cause we dont hang out much other than the phone. should i ask her out now or wait till a better relationship builds?

I disagree. I think that you should hangout with her a bit more and start flirting if havent already. Theres a greater chance that she'll say yes if you wait a bit a get to know eachother some more (if you dont make any turn offs doing so :P ). She already likes him so it's obvious they may have been flirting already. Take her out, see if you like her, and make sure you have a good time. Wal-Mart toy section is an awesome date btw.
