Have you ever had any blind dates? How was it? How did you react at the sight of your date? Were you surprised or was him/her the way you thought he/she will be?

I had a blind date once. I was 14 i think.
I went with my sister to an internet club since we had no internet at home. We used mirc, it was very popular a few years ago. We both used fake names and started chatting with a boy.
He seemed nice, so we decided to give it a try. We both went to meet the boy and see what would happen. We were very curious how a blind date is, we never had one and just had to know.
So we met. He was actually a nice guy. We talked and had a good time. The funny part is that we were actually colleagues in high school, but we didn't know until the next year. I was kind of embarrassed to see him amost every day at school but we got along just fine.

I never had a blind date. I didn't date too much, it looks like the right guy found me quickly. Sometimes blind dates can work wonderfully, but there are so many stories of them failing that I just don't rely on them too much. I always liked knowing the person before getting out on a date.

I never had blind dates either... I don't like risking like that Sometimes I would go out with my friends (in a club, pub, or anything), and they would bring along someone they think I'd 'click' with.. I've done the same few times for them... but never really took it as a proper date I think I'd never have the guts to do blind dates :P
