Maybe, maybe not. While I could definitely educate myself on the basics, I couldn't know specifics. Why not? Because all we know of the war is what the media shows us, and that's generally inaccurate. And you can't trust what the government says, either. And, without knowing what exactly is happening, how can I know the consequences of leaving or staying?

Of course, as you said, I could educate myself, but I don't think I'd be educated enough to form an opinion. I'm the type of person who refuses to do so until I'm positive I know everything I need to or am damn near close.

Not that I wish to educate myself, anyway. I find politics terribly boring and confusing. It's just not my forte, so I stay away from it.

None, but at least I don't do harm, like those that act without knowing the facts, or those that try to learn the facts and get them wrong.

But I just said that's how I am about politics, because I'm no good at it. Anything else, I'll put a shitload of effort into learning about. My dad often says that he wishes I'd put as much effort into my schoolwork as I do into debating and learning about things I debate about.
