This thread has been the source of many lolz.

Now, I would be more "open minded" and believe every person that told me something supernatural has happened to them. However, if I did this, I would be a Christian / Muslim / Jew / Hindu / Sikh / Wiccan that believed in evil spirits, out of body experiences and ghosts...

If there was some sort of evidence of this, I would openly accept it. But, there isn't so I won't.

Believing in evil spirits, out of body experiences and ghosts does not make you part of a religion. A religion is defined by a common set of beliefs that a good number of people follow.

I realise that. My point was that many people have claimed to have had experiences with God in any of those religions I listed, as have many people with out of body experiences etc. The claims are completely independent of each other, but cannot all be true (some contradict others). I think it is most likely that is simply the human mind playing tricks on itself.

I see what you are saying now. I have thought about the last thing you said before. In my opinion, if that is true it just makes life more exciting for me. I wouldn't want to get rid of it. I just like to try and be open to all possibilities. Until someone comes up with absolute proof on the meaning of everything the possibilities remain endless. That does not mean I don't have my own beliefs but I try to consider all the possabilities.

Everyone's idea of God is different, so of course their experiences will be different as well. An experience like that is something personal, not something that comes in a cookie-cutter layout.

I'll always be dreaming
And then in the next week, whatever happened in my dream will happen in real life.
It freaks me out!
