Default Tips For Keeping Your Skin Healthy

As teenagers, a lot of us have problems with acne and things of that sort.
What do you do to keep your skin healthy?

I:
- drink 1.5 L of water/day
- wash face 3 times/day, apply rubbing alchohol afterwards
- eat fruits
- wash face in the shower
- use acne medication

My skin has not been so great lately though, since I have been skipping out on the water part. >.>
If I had the money to drink POM everyday, for my skin, I would, because I am sure that would help my skin a lot.

Basically everything above, except the meds, because apparently they mess with my other meds, which are probably more important.
I also change my pillow case regularly - you have no idea how much oil and stuff is on it that gets reabsorbed back into your skin.

1. It's been said before but drink water (I drink upwards of 3 litres a day).
2. SWEAT!! Profuse sweating clears pores, but make sure to wash afterwards!
3. Only use pure, natural soap. Never use all of these moisurising soaps and the like. They really do a number on your pores.
4. Sunlight. More a mask than a prevention, but blemishes show far less on tanned faces
5. Be Lucky! Some people (like ALL of my cousins) are apparently genetically predisposed to acne. I was lucky.
6. (GUYS) Not universal, but not uncommon, don't shave to closely. It can cause massive irritation and make your face break out.
