As teenagers, a lot of us have problems with acne and things of that sort.
What do you do to keep your skin healthy? I: - drink 1.5 L of water/day - wash face 3 times/day, apply rubbing alchohol afterwards - eat fruits - wash face in the shower - use acne medication My skin has not been so great lately though, since I have been skipping out on the water part. >.> If I had the money to drink POM everyday, for my skin, I would, because I am sure that would help my skin a lot. |

1. Wash face every night with soap
2. Use Nuetrogena Cleanser 3. Change Pillow case reguarly 4. Dont touch my face a lot with my hands (the oils on your hands can make you break out)
