How active are you in your daily
lives? What types of exercises do you
guys and girls get?

Um I used to be fairly active
jogged about 3km
now not so much lol
But as soon as winter comes around, im going to start snowboarding

I'm jealous! I'm a few hours away from the mountains,
and I've never been snowboarding.

Snowboarding is awesome.

I used to be active too, lots of running, but my classes this year are quite a pain so I have to put a tad more effort into them.

Well, let's see, i walk to and from the bus, which is like a 15 minute walk each way, and cheerleading 2 times a week. And walking my dogs quite often. Although, i think i should be more active.

I have 2 volleyball practices a week, plus games.
I walk home from school for 20 minutes.
I do a bodyball workout 3 times a week or so for 20 mintes.
Gym 3 times a week for 1.5 hours.

I think I'm fairly active, but you fitness fanatics might beg to disagree.
/shrug

And I still got the thunder thighs, w00t!

I hike around on my friend's property, they have about 150 acres, get myself good and lost, and try to make it home before the sun sets.

I'm not that active anymore. I used to be some years ago, when i practiced karate. It was so much fun and i also looked good

The problem is i had to quit after a while, and now i barely do any exercise. I took jogging classes at school, but it's to little to keep me as fit as i want to be.

I'm VERY active. I mean, seriously, I sit at the computer all day, typing - exercising my fingers - that's totally active!

Also, I run up and down the stairs a lot, for food. I occasionally play hockey and badminton, and I swim and dive regularly, but my main exercise each day is...uh, well, nothing much. >.>
