How active are you in your daily
lives? What types of exercises do you guys and girls get?

I'm not that active anymore. I used to be some years ago, when i practiced karate. It was so much fun and i also looked good
![]() The problem is i had to quit after a while, and now i barely do any exercise. I took jogging classes at school, but it's to little to keep me as fit as i want to be. |

I'm VERY active. I mean, seriously, I sit at the computer all day, typing - exercising my fingers - that's totally active!
Also, I run up and down the stairs a lot, for food. I occasionally play hockey and badminton, and I swim and dive regularly, but my main exercise each day is...uh, well, nothing much. >.>
