Default Ever kept a diet?

Have you ever started keeping a diet? Was it a very strict one, perhaps combined with sports, or you just tried to keep yourself away as much as possible from bad food? Ever thought consulting a specialised doctor for this, or did you just experience with diets from your friends, from magazines, or online articles? And why did you keep a diet from the first place, did you need to lose some wheight or, perhaps the opposite, you were very slim and needed more fat?

Personally, I've been surrounded my whole life with friends that were always keeping a diet... Some where already too fat and those diets only managed to make their methabolism go wacko, but some managed to lose many pounds very quickly.. On the other hand, I have friends that eat all the time, all kind of sweets, meat, fast food etc, but are extremely thin! No matter what they do, they just don't manage to pot on some wheight!

i never kept a diet.
My parents wouldn't let me.
As a baby, i was very thin. I was to thin, according to my parents, who dragged me to the doctors and stuffed me with all kinds of vitamins. In time i grew fat and.. i remained big. By big i mean i was so chubby, i sometimes barely recognize myself in pictures.
I started to realize how i looked when i was 13-14 years old and i really wanted to lose weight, but my parents never let me. They were scared i would wreck my body by not eating properly.

In time i lost a lot of weight. I practiced sports in high school, ate less junk food, brought to school my own sandwiches instead of buying stuff from the school shop and i started to look like a human being.

I was always skinny and didn't need a diet. I am 170 cm tall and barely have 50 kilos. I did improve my looks a lot when I started taking sports some time ago. I am still slender, but have nice abs and legs.

I would always advice anyone to EXERCISE a lot and keep a healthy diet. Just a killer diet won't cut it, it would only harm your health. Exercise is our key ingredient

I've never dieted, no real need for it, as of yet.

Even though I would need one I never kept a diet. Well, I had one or two atempts but both failed. I can`t resist the temptations. I`m not that fat to really need one but I do have friend who kept a diet and had nice results. I`ll stick with the exercises for now.
