Default Nonstop sickness.

So, here's the background information.

I use to only intake about 300 calories a day. I became really weak and basically couldn't keep my head up. So, I had to get checked out where the doctor did nothing because he knew what the problem was. He told me that I should start to intake more calories but go slow.

I tried doing that, you know, increasing my calorie intake. But I couldn't because it causes major pain in my lower stomach. And every time I tried to do it for a while I couldn't because it just made me sick at my stomach.

I ate until I finally felt better. I then decided that it was best to upgrade my calories. I knocked it up to 350. At this point, I was doing perfectly fine. I wasn't keeping count of my intake, I just ate foods that had a low calorie amount.

These past few days have been rough. Actually, the month. I haven't been eating meat, hence, vegetarian. I don't feel weak due to that. I just feel weak and don't know why. I get hot one minute and the next I'm cold, only in the lower back area. My eyes feel really heavy like I haven't slept in days, but I have. One minute I'm perfectly fine but the next, I just wanna drop to the floor and lay there.

I don't feel like getting checked. Because I know what they are going to say. They are going to say it's my fault because one, I'm not getting the protein I need. Two, I'm not eating right and three, I'm not doing anything to help myself.

Do you guys have any idea of why I'm feeling this way?

I really think you need to eat more since otherwise you're just destroying your self. Weakness is the way your body tells you things are not OK at all. it's a good idea to increse calories intake slowly so that you don't "shock" your body.. keep it slow and growing.

even if you don't like being checked it's a good idea to see a doctor in this case. Try to follow all the advice and you'll be better.

It's not a blame game, it shouldn't be, it's about your life and health. Do take care of yourself, try to have a lot of rest too (you are not in position to overwork your weak body now) and take it all slow

I wish you all the best, please keep us updated on your progress

Perhaps you should start eating more and have a detox program... I think that's why you're feeling sleepy and tired all the time, because of the bad food you've had until now, and I think you should start eating healthy stuff, such as lactats and fruits and vegetables... you need vitamines to come back to normal and not feel weak anymore... I've also been through the same things and had to keep a specific diet, otherwise I fell off my feet..
