I have Comcast Digital Cable and it has this thingy called on Demand. I was browsing On Demand a week ago and came across this channel called exercise on Demand. I have been trying a few of them out. I liked one that was called Belly dancing for beginners and another called Carmen Electra's Striptease.
For girls (or guys) who hate to workout but likes to dance I think you should try this out. I love it and after the warm ups I forget I'm even working out.
Just thought I'd share this because I know how hard it can be to motivate yourself to workout but I know dancing for 15 minutes isn't as bad (or doesn't sound as bad) as doing a full workout.
