Anyways, Her point seems arrogant and closed minded. Saying people become that fat because its part of there evil ways... We could say the same about people that cut themselves and hurt themselves if we are talking about people with no self respect.

Um. I wasn't trying to sit there and take my aunt's death out on someone. I was trying to prove a point.
I was trying to say that she did everything possible to stay away from it because two of her older sister and younger brother both died from lung cancer and yet she still got it. My point was that even if people try to prevent something [example: obesity] it doesn't mean that they can prevent it 100%. There. Now that I had to break that down into lamest terms.

Why don't you address the topic full on instead of criticizing someone's analogy. It seems like you and Jess are being deliberately obtuse to avoid the subject at hand. -Sierra |

More people are fatter these days because more people are stupid these days.
Just like increased global temperatures are inversely proportional to the decrease of pirates sailing the seas. Duh. Seriously, though, I highly doubt getting out of work is the master plan when diabetes, heart attacks, and not being able to squeeze their fat ass through the door is the downfall of the plan. |
