I think that the term of "best friend" has lost his real meaning in time. When you say "best friend" you should only think of one single person that`s most important to you besides your parents and your girlfriend/boyfriend. I can say I have a best friend, Maria who`s the same age as me. We share a lot of our secrets but not every one of them of course. Even though we do trust each other it`s impossible to tell even our most intimate secrets, I don`t think that`s even right. We have the same way of thinking about life, parents, and people and that`s great. The best thing about a best friend is that you can allways find a shoulder to cry on when you feel sad.

I tell my best friend pretty much everything, pretty much being the key words lol. i have my secrets and she has hers. Although she is the one person i trust, that will not go blabbing my secrets 10 minutes later, and not to judge me etc etc. She is always there for me and all that best friend stuff. So yeh, i trust her, alot.

I trust my best friend really much
![]() I actually trust her with everything. She always helps me, we talk a lot, we share the same interests and I have a lot of confidence that we're no gonna fight one day for some stupid reason. I had a "best friend" some years ago. We didn't talk to much but we did share a lot of stuff to each other, until she hurt me a lot with giving away a big secret... I never trusted her again since then and i haven't seen her in years! |

My best friend is actually my oldest one... I mean, we've known each other for the longest period: we've been together since the first grade, than during highschool, and now we're in the same college... And even neighbours... We've grown up together, seen each other going through different phases, we know best how we react - even if we have different tastes and opinions, we have the same background, and we understand each other perfectly. So I completely trust my friend, just as much as I trust someone from my own family, as I consider my best friend part of my family... I think that pretty much says it all!

Well, I can pretty much tell her everything. I trust that she wouldn't tell anyone and she wouldn't judge me. I feel like she's one of my ONLY friends that wouldn't judge me. I've been friends with her for 9 years already and we're extremely close.
