I upgraded my cell phone online with Tmobile and since the system messed up on me a couple times and I had to call Tmobile customer service, they upgraded me to express shipping for free.

My phone arrived today and the incomptent at the front desk of my apartment building wouldn't accept the package because my name was spelled wrong on the package!!!!

Ugh! This makes me so effin mad! my last name and middle initial was correct but my first name was spelled a different way so you send it back? The fact that the name was still my name just a different spelling of it makes me question her intelligence. "No that can't be for Adriane since it says Adrian on it" it was a simple typo that tmobile makes every month when they bill me.

Grrrrrrr !!!!!
