Sorry, should have specified which. I was talking about the specific forum moderators. I don't see the need for them, as global moderators will more than likely be able to catch practically everything. Idk, I just think you want to do this because it temporarily makes things fun.

when it gets big, you cant depend on the global mods to do everything. divide the workload

In my opinion a moderator is not just there to catch things and point out user errors, a bigger part of there job is to foster and develop quality conversations and support other members. Thats why I though "expert" moderators on topics could be a good addition to the site... But like I said everything is up for discussion.
