Drug forum's lead to discussions like "duuuuude i got so baked this weekend!" and that's something we don't want on your site.
But drug-issues could go in one of the advice sections.

Drug boards are pointless. It's just going to be used to brag about use and share tips on getting/using/disposing of drugs.
