Point System
Hey guyss...I am proposing a point system idea. Like every post gives u 2 points or 1 point or wutever. And you can go in an exchange it for a prize. I dont know, I remember seeing this on another forum, and it REALLY gave me a drive and alot of motivation to post because I was aiming to get alot of points. Just something that I've been thinking about. Like the prizes can be color changes for your name, or being able to change your subtitle from "Senior Member: or "Junior Member" to a fully customizable subtitle name for yourself. I really can't think of prizes right now, as this is just a proposal. Idk, wut do you guys think?

Karma pointish system? Or Post countish (similiar to pointish system) Nice. Whichever the choice, it would give the forum a twist of originality, I think.

i was thinking more along the lines of a Post Point System, instead of karma. Lol, anyone else like it?

The only problem to the karma system in e-communities is that if on a major forum, like TS, it would be abused. But in a small community, I think it would work very well. If you think someone's made a really good point or post or whatever, usually you exalt them with a karma merit or something. If you disagree with the point of view or opinion the person is conversing about or for whatever reason you may have, then you have the choice to smite them and their amount of points decrease. That's usually how it works, I think. But I think there ought to be a reason box, which you type in as to why you're meriting them or smiting. That's the general guist of it, I think. >.>
