Why cant the replys be short and sweet?
It'd be better if there was no minimum.

In this case there is no short and sweet. It's just short and existing for very little reason but to increase your post count.

There should be at least some standards as to how much effort is put into posts.

Anything less than 10 characters is pointless and a waste of space.
