I don't use ebay, so I don't know much.
But I don't think ebay itself is a scam, i think the sellers would be. I don't think ebay would purposely scam anyone, except with the shipment fee's

not very pricey either

I have sold alot on Ebay, Ebay itself is fine. Altough there're are alot of scammer's on the site.

The real killer is PayPal. I can't begin to tell you the shit I have went though with them.

I agree paypal is a pain in the ass

I use Amazon, which I like a lot.
It has reviews on the sellers and whatnot, so you know what you're buying.
