Hey, I need advice on how to get a girl to like me, but I'm way too shy to say anything I'm always just quiet when shes near, what should I do ?

Ball the fuck up and say hi. If you want to build up confidence, go to a public place like the mall, and just practice walking up to random girls and starting a conversation.

honestly, if you REALLY like her, you'll find the courage to just say hi....
actually, what really catches a girls eye is CHIVALRY.... being equal to a guy is great, but in the end what really gets us is the whole "ladies first", and opening doors....
also, really think about what you like about her.....she might ask, and you might find your self in an awkward situation if you say something generic like "your eyes". unless of course, her eyes are AMAZING, but always have a few compliments at hand....

You really can't expect girls to approach you, especially when they aren't even aware that you like them; they're not mindreaders.
If you want the relationship to go anywhere, you have to make the effort to start talking to her, and you will have to actually tell her you like her at some point.
