When i am stressed i usually start cleaning the house. I start vacuuming, i dust, i wash the floors, i put things in the right places, then i (wash my hands first then i) grab a plate, fill it with food and go to the computer. I watch some sitcom episodes (currently i watch Friends) and then i start to surf the internet. Sometimes sleep helps, but if i am really stressed i tend to think sleeping is a waste of time.

Talking to my boyfriend always relaxes me... Even if we don't talk about the reason I'm stressed about, it just helps reminding myself how happy we are together and I guess that's all I need to make my day better...
Of course, there also are other ways: I exercise a lot, sports always help me take my mind off anything else, I listen to certain songs that I know they can change my mood, I review some movies (easy ones, such as romantic comedies), and so on. I never eat a lot when I'm stressed, on the contrary - I don't eat at all, I can stay without food for days until I remember to eat, because my mind just isn't concerned about eating ![]() |
