Most of us will probably have a mean/disrespectful boss at some point within our lifetime.
Personally, I've had bosses that would yell at me, call me names, try to intimidate me, belittle me, etc.
Do you tolerate that sort of negativity within the workplace? How much are you willing to put up with before you decide to simply throw in the towel and quit?

Well if that happened to me, and I am working at McDonalds, or Tim Hortens, I'd quit, there are plenty of other similar jobs that I wouldn't have to deal with a mean boss. However if it was a more difficult job to get, I'd probably deal with it for a while and if it doesn't stop, talk to another manager or some one of authority about the situation.

That happened to me when i worked with my uncle... Yea thats right, my own family!!! He then fired me and got my current job, the assistant of the net cafe is great and around my age, we are like friends! And the boss treats me the best way! Every now and then we talk about the bussiness and is willingly any time open to hear me out about anything! I really feel lucky i got into such a good job!!! DD

My boss screams and swears a lot because of the pressure of her job. I'ts alright when she swears to me, but if she ever swears AT me, I'll be gone in a heartbeat, which would be bad for her.

right now my boss is getting creepy. like he'll always make sex jokes at me and my boyfriend. I mean, it's one thing for him to talk/laugh like that with the guy I work with but with a girl it just isn't right...
