That how things are considered not natural. Because that is how it started, and if people try to change that, it is changing the way things NATURALLY were. Thank you, please come again. And I am sorry or attacking so strongly, but you had it coming. Last edited by xBRANDONx; 06-21-2008 at 02:22 AM. |

That statement is ludicrous. It reminds me of that time the president of Iran told a room full of college students there were no homosexuals in Iran. I never once said that homosexuals were the only type of people living on Earth. They have always been a minority, and always will be: meaning, they will never severely hinder reproduction rates, being they make up such a small percentage of the population. Quote:
It has never been a choice. To think that, shows you lack a thing called common sense. If you want to reread all my points, feel free, since you never addressed any of my concrete proof, or most of my argument. Quote:
However, if you start throwing around insults because of my opinion ever again, I will ban you. ![]() |

Gay marriage is for gays. You're pretty fucking gay if you want to get married to the same sex. Only gays get married to other gays.

My views on gay marriage, in a nutshell. It may be a point of interest that I am homosexual, myself: (both of these are from posts I made at TS)
"Okay, my views on same-sex marriage is neither liberal nor conservative and here's why: I feel that the right to regulate marriage laws should be relegated to the individual states, as stated in the Constitution and protected by the Tenth Amendment. I think that an amendment legalizing same-sex marriage, a movement which most Democrats support, would be a clear violation of a previous existing and essential passage of the Constitution. I also feel, however, that every state should take it upon itself to do the civally (is that right?) right thing by legalizing same-sex marriage on its own. Unfortunately, I feel that it is only a matter of time, especially if a Democrat is elected as the next President of the United States (which I hope to God that this is the case, don't get me wrong), before same-sex marriage is indeed legalize by the federal government. The Tenth Amendment is taking a backseat in politics today and it's disgusting." "Isn't it nice how a thread in World Events and Politics about same-sex marriage always turns to religion, despite this supposed "separation of church and state" thing we have? It really says a lot about the government we have in this glorious nation. We can claim civil liberties to all, but when it's time to pay up, we always fall short, even when there's no real reason for these liberties to not be granted. The biggest reason people oppose gay marriage is, of course, that homosexuality is a "sin". But separation of church and state SHOULD throw this line of logic out the window immediately. What other reason is there for a state to not legalize same-sex marriages? None. There is just as much hypocrisy in the government as there is in the Bible. :/"

Realize that this country was built on the Christian God. Some of the 'rights' you want to earn, that goes against 200 years of morals and values, will have to be hard fought for. However, I rue piss ant tactics to get said 'rights' such as the stance California is taking, where the people of America don't even get the chance to let their voices be heard. Of course there's much more to it than that, but I usually don't let my political views show, so this is where I end.
