He wasn't going to be punished at all. If someone had raped and tortured your little sister, and was going to walk away from it scot free, so they could go on to do it to other small children, what would you do?
Sure, the whole 'rats eating your penis off' is a bit extreme, but I'm willing to bet most people would do something to stop it [likely, severely assaulting someone, killing them, etc].

He previously raped other little girls, and the only reason he went free is because the little girl he raped was too young to testify [although she could positively identify him].
The odds of him being innocent are slim to none.

I'd say that man is not in his right mind anyway. And even once he is prosecuted, he will be deemed unfit for punishment. And the worst they'll do is send him to councelling. But those ladies were definitely not right also, two wrongs don't make a right!

Lollll, they would not just send him to councilling. They do send rapists to prison, unless they plead insanity. If they plead insanity, they go to a psychiatric facility, which is basically the same as jail, except with therapists.

Well yeah, the law wasn't going to punish him only because that little girl couldn't testify. He hurt more than a haldful of small girls, so he definitely deserved it.
