Can`t stop laughing when I remember some myths about masturbation such as hair growing on your . Well masturbation could be bad for someone practicing it because it cand distract hi`s/her`s atention from normal activities. A person who masturbates often becomes shy and not confident in him/herself. On the other hand, it`s known to be a great way of relaxation but it`s a tabu subject on most of the countryes.

In your opinion, is it good or bad? Well, I know for a fact, that it is a health benefit for guys (eg; lowers blood pressure, relaxes muscles...etc.)

Some people consider masturbation to be a good thing since it helps one know one's body better. There are still cases when one is too shy for instance to try a normal sexual relationship and would just please oneself. This is where it's getting bad. I don't use this means of getting pleasure since my BF is pretty active and good with what he does, I cannot preach against it, but I think the word we have to use here is "moderation". Sometimes it might be a good idea to spice things up, but not having normal sex is not OK
